Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Manager or Shift Leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in coordinating daily restaurant operations.
• Greet Guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Schedule shifts and monitor attendance and time off.
• Train Team Members and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned.
• Open and close the restaurant per policy and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and sanitary requirements.
• Communicate with management on performance issues and opportunities.
