Coastal Plains Restaurants LLC A North Carolina LLC in Greenville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, run effective shifts, and uphold YUM Brand standards. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic math and accounting skills are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old; able to pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding YUM Brand standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide team members with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties; manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, high-quality food in a friendly manner and maintain a safe workplace for staff and customers.
