Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Knoxville, TN with 2+ years of leadership in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction while using CrunchTime or HotSchedules where applicable. Competitive pay and bonus potential accompany a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
