• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales and profits.
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback to improve service times and quality.
• Train crew in new products and orientation procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability during shifts.
• Ensure proper cash, product, and equipment security and adhere to shutdown procedures.
