Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Richland, MS to support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a fun, respectful work environment. You will schedule staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to company policies and local laws while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead training, performance feedback, and crew development, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Review monthly budget and P&L.
• Promote customer satisfaction and build sales.
• Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs.
• Track waste and maintain proper shift procedures.
• Communicate problems in sales and profit to GM/DM.
• Assist GM/DM in executing restaurant sales and profits plan.
• Monitor food costs to minimize waste and theft.
• Monitor product quality through crew performance and customer feedback.
• Train crew to improve service times and customer courtesy.
• Set daily service goals (SOS) and drive timely service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness per plan.
• Train crew on new products and onboarding of new managers; cross-train for coverage.
• Follow inventory controls, security of cash and equipment, and health/safety standards.
