Responsibilities

• Lead team huddles and manager meetings to communicate priorities and ensure retention.
• Create a service culture to delight every customer and coach staff to exceed expectations.
• Drive selling culture through customer service, OSAT and sales growth initiatives.
• Analyze VOC feedback and coach teams to address issues and improve service.
• Plan and manage labor scheduling to meet coverage and labor guidance.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to execute daily operations plans and training.
• Oversee implementation of policies to maintain safety, quality and cleanliness.
• Support marketing calendars and local restaurant initiatives to boost traffic.
