Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages employees and operations of the store, including hiring and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with Health Department guidelines and company policies.
• Submits monthly reports for restaurant and staff.
• Maintains stock by placing weekly inventory orders.
• Delivers deposits to the bank on behalf of the restaurant.
• Provides professional customer service and handles complaints.
• Supervises crew members and Assistant Managers.
• Opens and closes the store and adheres to policies.
