The position focuses on daily operations, food quality, and a customer-centric service model, alongside leadership in a fast-paced daytime dining environment across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lears and supports our You First culture and core values
• Puts supervisory skills to work to run daily operations with high standards
• Ensures recipes are followed and food quality is consistent
• Knows restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them
• Coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
• Understands the 10 Commitments and applies them daily
• Responds promptly to customer and employee concerns
• Communicates and takes ownership of repair and maintenance issues
• Keeps safety in food handling as a priority
• Interviews and recruits team members
• Protects company assets including POS systems and equipment
• Understands responsibilities of every restaurant position
• Stops inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed
• Trains and develops team members daily
• Recognizes high performance
• Manages daily revenues and deposits
• Completes admin tasks on time
