First Watch Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager who loves mornings and bacon, and is passionate about serving others. You will coach and develop teams to deliver exceptional breakfast, brunch and lunch experiences, while upholding our You First culture and core values.

The role supervises both kitchen and dining, ensuring high standards, following recipes, and achieving sales goals across shifts. Strong food-safety certification and POS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Must supervise kitchen operations and overall dining experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members daily.

Responsibilities

• Learns and supports the You First culture and core values.
• Puts supervisory skills to work to ensure daily operations run according to plan.
• Ensures recipes are followed and food safety standards are met.
• Helps achieve restaurant sales and traffic goals.
• Coaches staff on the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily.
• Keeps company assets secure and manages deposits.
• Oversees daily revenues and required paperwork.
