First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager who loves mornings and bacon and is passionate about serving others. You will supervise kitchen and dining operations, coach teams, and uphold high standards to deliver exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experiences.

You will lead by example, train staff daily, manage service steps, and ensure safety and quality across all shifts. Excellent culture fit and people focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily restaurant operations and teams.
• Ability to coach and develop team members daily.
• Certified in food safety and maintaining safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Puts supervisory skills to work to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensures recipes and standards are followed for consistent quality.

• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily.
• Accounts for revenues and deposits and completes admin duties.
