Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts, managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Interact with guests to address issues or complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain manpower plans for department staffing needs.
• Train and develop hourly team members, set performance expectations, and conduct reviews.
• Ensure proper inventory control, including liquor and beverage check-ins and security procedures.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and supervise team members; act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Foster open communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
