McDonald's Corporate owned store seeks an Associate to lead restaurant departments and drive a fast, friendly customer experience. Managers oversee guest service, kitchen operations, and people management with a focus on coaching and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in hospitality or retail, are at least 18, and enjoy a dynamic, high-energy work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager: ensure a great customer experience, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure great quality food, food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff.
• People Department Manager: hire and train crew, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals.
