Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned store seeks a Department Manager to lead multiple departments and maintain excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise crew, train staff, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals, while ensuring food safety and quality. Prior managerial experience in hospitality or retail is preferred; 18+ required, with strong teamwork and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positively handles team leadership and guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to train crew and managers, and to schedule staff to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across departments to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experience.
• Oversee Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities for service quality and front counter areas.
• Oversee Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities for food quality and safety.
• Oversee People Department Manager responsibilities including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to training, food safety, inventory management, and reporting results.
