Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a Subway Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in Leland, NC. You will lead a team, ensure food quality and service, manage scheduling and inventory, and handle cash and compliance with Subway standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register and handle cash per PMG standards.
• Uphold food safety standards during preparation and serving of food.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Recruit, reward and terminate staff as necessary.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate daily issues to Management.
• Ensure PMG safety and operational excellence policies are followed.
