Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food prep, cooking, and service to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage labor, training, and development to build a motivated team with strong customer service.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock levels, and waste minimization (FIFO).
• Handle cash management and POS operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Participate in hiring by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified staff.
• Support shift management and coordinate daily activities to maintain a positive work environment.
