Job summary

Omni Charlottesville Hotel is a premier full-service property in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia. The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager will lead restaurant operations, ensure service excellence, and drive guest satisfaction through attentive supervision, training, and adherence to Omni standards.

This role requires 4+ years in F&B leadership, GM/ AGM experience preferred, a flexible schedule, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4 years of F&B operations leadership experience required.
• Previous GM or AGM experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of financial statements and labor productivity.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction in the restaurant.
• Pre‑meal meeting conducted with service staff on a daily basis.
• Supervision of floor during operation.
• Ensure that service personnel follow service protocol including steps of service.
• Monitor timing of guest experience.
• Handle all complaints to the guests' satisfaction.
