You will supervise hourly team members, recruit, coach, and develop staff while ensuring cost control and high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
