You will lead hourly team members, recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop staff, while ensuring core values are lived and collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely outcomes in a fast-paced entertainment-focused setting.

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor

• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
