Main Event Entertainment in Norman, AL is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will lead hourly team members, recruit, coach, and collaborate with management to achieve high-quality and timely results in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
