Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment in Brownsville, TX seeks a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment operation and drive guest satisfaction. You will develop and coach hourly team members, recruit and train staff, manage COGS and labor, and uphold our core values while collaborating with the management team to achieve timely results.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
