Dave & Buster's Utica, MI, is seeking an experienced Restaurant/Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on initiatives and standards to drive results and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee all aspects of the business, lead hourly teams, and ensure staff and guest experiences are positive through proactive engagement. Weekend/night/holiday availability is required for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
