• Minimum 18 years old.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Must have completed one department manager training.
• Must have completed Developing the Leader in Me class.
• Available to work a minimum of 35hrs/week.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be permitted to work in the US.
• Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of employees including scheduling shifts, delegating duties, and ensuring training is up to date.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with service and quality and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure food preparations and services meet McDonald’s quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Operate grills, fryers, and drink dispensers.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Develop employees by giving feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Manage money counts, register activity, and deposits.
