Hart2Hart, Inc., DBA McDonalds in Watertown, SD, is seeking a Secondary Maintenance employee to support the primary maintainer and ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency. You will work with management and staff to provide a safe, enjoyable dining experience for customers.

The role starts at $16.00/hr with opportunities for growth, and offers a flexible schedule for both part-time and full-time positions, along with benefits and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Permitted to work in the U.S.
• Available mornings, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
• Available a minimum of 25hrs/week.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Related experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: cleaning/sanitizing dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen; floors; trash disposal.
• Equipment Maintenance: inspect and clean kitchen equipment; report issues.
• General Repairs: minor fixes and maintenance; notify management for major repairs.
• Safety and compliance: follow safety procedures and food safety standards.
• Teamwork and communication: collaborate with staff and management.
