• Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Talent attraction, hiring decisions and performance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss and financial tasks including cash reporting and expenses.
• Attract and retain talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Work with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitor performance using reporting tools and metrics.
• Promote food safety policies and create a safe work environment.
• Build customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Roll out and adopt new initiatives, products, and campaigns.
