Job summary

Whataburger-Vibe Restaurants seeks an Operating Partner to direct and develop a high-performing team, driving operational excellence and leading recruitment, training, and promotions. This role reports to the Area Coach and ensures a welcoming, safe, and profitable restaurant.

You will coach managers, lead budgeting and sales planning, monitor food safety, and elevate the guest experience. Strong leadership and independent judgment are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant leadership position preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong team to achieve operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and promote Family Members and Managers.
• Monitor food safety practices and drive a guest-focused culture.
• Manage budgets, expense plans, and sales goals; oversee P&L and labor costs.
