Job summary

José Andrés Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily service, coach teams, and ensure guest satisfaction across all dayparts in a high-volume environment. You will partner with AGMs/GMs to optimize labor, inventory, and compliance while promoting an inclusive culture.

The role requires 2–4+ years of progressive FOH leadership and hands-on expertise with reservations and POS systems. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of progressive FOH leadership in high-volume upscale casual or fine dining.
• Proven ability to balance guest experience, team coaching and cost controls.
• Familiarity with reservations and POS platforms and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service across all dayparts and activations; ensure service standards.
• Coach staff on service sequence, allergy/ADA protocols, and guest recovery.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training; develop bench of leads.
• Support P&L targets through smart scheduling and labor deployment.
• Drive topline via upselling, reservations pacing, and private dining sales.
• Uphold health code, alcohol service laws, wage & hour, and safety standards.
• Assist with menu launches, seasonal changes, and training rollouts.
