Flynn Applebee's is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards, while delivering outstanding service and maintaining brand standards across all shifts.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience and hold Serve Safe certifications; a valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, friendly service per guidelines and unit objectives.
• Lead and develop staff; coach and evaluate performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and food safety standards.
• Schedule staff to meet demand and control costs.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness according to health standards.
• Oversee daily paperwork and compliance with policies.
• Support in all restaurant roles when needed.
