Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.
• Work various shifts including weekends.
• Stand and exert mobility for up to ten hours.
• Read and write to facilitate communication; dexterity for small tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Leads and develops staff; effectively schedules to meet sales demands.
• Maintains inventory levels; controls costs in the department.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards meet health dept requirements.
• Promotes restaurant organization, cleanliness and training procedures.
• Assists in other restaurant positions as needed.
