Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, friendly service in line with company guidelines.
• Lead and develop staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and inventory controls.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet demand.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist in training and development using Flynn Applebee's programs.
• Support daily restaurant operations and problem-solve under pressure.
