Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in California. You will forecast outlet needs, train staff for excellent dining experiences, and promote a positive work environment.

The role requires 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant management, strong guest service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and performance reviews; expected to maintain high standards and effective

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years in Hospitality/Restaurant management.
• Excellent guest service, strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner and uphold RICH philosophy.
• Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, attendance, coaching, interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
• Review operations to identify problems and opportunities for improvement; provide coaching.
• Develop and train staff on guest service principles, standards, and safety.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs focusing on preventative maintenance.
• Master POS, requisitioning, table management, and time/attendance systems.
• Maintain inventories of restaurant supplies and equipment.
• Review monthly P&L and complete P&L Variance Report.
• Maintain daily revenue and operating expense checkbooks.
• Communicate shift information in Log Book; attend required meetings and trainings.
