Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for 4–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Professional attire and safety footwear required.
• Working hours up to 45–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service quality and fast-food operations.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain clean, organized BOH with polished appearance.
• Manage daily production planning and yield optimization.
• Review weekly sales, labor, and inventory forecasts.
• Ensure menu execution and adherence to recipes.
