Jollibee San Jose (CA) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving key performance targets for food quality, service, cleanliness, sales and profitability. This full-time role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage diverse schedules and peak periods.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of team-leading experience in food or retail environments, is highly energetic, and can adapt to varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school education completed.
• At least 2 years as a Team Leader in service/product quality in a food or retail industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner, adaptable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving KRAs: food, service, cleanliness, sales and profit targets.
• Lead people through learning and development, motivation, and discipline to maintain high morale.
• Oversee store operations, adherence to standards, legal compliance, and financial analysis and reporting.
