You will drive sales, optimize scheduling and inventory, and ensure outstanding guest experiences using CrunchTime or HotSchedules when available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management

• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
