Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company seeks a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality. You will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing scheduling and inventory with CrunchTime/HotSchedules.

Expect full-time hours with flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Bonus eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities
