You will handle scheduling, inventory, and back-office processes; CrunchTime or HotSchedules experience is preferred, and you will partner with store leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
