Job summary

Candidates should have at least six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year as GM elsewhere, plus solid communication, data analysis, P&L interpretation, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience at another concept.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate and analyze data and interpret Profit & Loss statements.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Schedule labor, order food and supplies, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take actions as needed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and train team members, including developing Assistant Managers.
• Build sales to meet/exceed store plan using Local Store Marketing and community involvement.
• Ensure equipment, facilities, and grounds standards through preventative maintenance.
