Taco Bell Franchise in Hazel Crest, IL is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the RGM by directing shifts, managing daily operations, and ensuring the restaurant runs to Taco Bell standards.

You will help recruit and develop Team Members, oversee training, monitor food safety and hygiene, and respond to customer concerns with a positive, solution‑oriented approach to keep service fast and friendly.

Responsabilidades

• Seeing that Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Assist the RGM with facility maintenance, finding, hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads and making sure health and safety standards are met.
