Pizza Hut in Kaneohe, HI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in achieving people, financial and operational goals for the restaurant.

The AGM will coach staff, aid in training, ensure Brand standards and safety, handle staffing, payroll, inventories, and uphold legal compliance while driving sales and profits. This role requires open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Assist GM in staffing and development goals.
• Monitor and improve employee morale with coaching.
• Support employee training and ensure standards.
• Communicate Brand standards and initiatives and safety priorities.
• Ensure legal compliance across operations.
• Assist in achieving sales and profits to plan.
• Help complete inventories and payroll; manage daily controls.
• Drive year-over-year growth in sales and profits.
• Deliver operations to Brand standards and raise execution quality.
• Maintain facilities to Brand standard and address asset issues.
• Be available nights, weekends and holidays; 5 days/45 hours.
• Be able to work anywhere on the island; reliable transportation recommended.
• Uphold safety as a core responsibility; perform other duties as assigned.
