Job summary

Little Caesars in White Oak, PA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to build and supervise a team that achieves goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability, and to operate the restaurant according to company standards.

You will recruit, train and evaluate crew, schedule labor, place orders, manage costs and ensure compliance with all policies, safety and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in a quick service or full-service restaurant.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Understand local store marketing, cost control and P&L concepts.
• Strong management, team-building and communication skills; dependable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop crew; recruit, train and evaluate staff.
• Direct labor scheduling, food ordering and inventory control.
