Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the White Hall, WV location, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability in line with company standards.

The Manager motivates and coaches crew members, manages scheduling and costs, and enforces all policies and procedures across shifts while ensuring high-quality service and food safety.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of two years in a management role in quick service or one year in a full-service restaurant management role.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Strong management, team-building and communication abilities.
• Know how to read and analyze profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate crew members.
• Supervise a large team and motivate them to meet goals and deadlines.
• Manage labor scheduling, food ordering, and projections while ensuring costs stay in line with targets.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and Little Caesars policies.
