Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Manages TEAM Members on a shift-by-shift basis and develops staff through training.
• Maintains inventory, cost controls, and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Develops and executes staffing schedules to meet sales demands and safe operation.
• Coordinates with GM and other managers to address non-routine situations and policy compliance.
• Mentors Assistant Managers and Kitchen Professionals; conducts regular performance evaluations.
