Job summary

Lyon Management Co., INC. seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing for the location.

The role requires managing all areas of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to owner/franchisor guidelines, implementing PRIDE systems, and delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• QSR experience strongly preferred.
• Proven customer service and employee relations skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to oversee all aspects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance.
• Ensure PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Develop and achieve the restaurant’s business plan with the owner and consultants.
• Ensure guest service meets company standards.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Organize local and regional marketing to increase sales.
• Train and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Manage staffing and schedules for all parts of the day.
• Oversee P&L to optimize profit and control costs.
