Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P & L statements; basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant at the front counter to ensure quality service and train employees on courtesy and handling complaints.
• Lead meetings with team and management to plan, train, and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities and costs; analyze profits and losses and take corrective action.
• Post labor schedules and adjust labor to changes in sales volume.
• Manage cash control and daily deposits; follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and health department standards; ensure image and cleanliness.
• Maintain personnel files and handle promotions and payroll; ensure federal/state posters are posted.
