Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Serve Safe Certified or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the business performance of the establishment.
• Coordinate all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.
