Where You Will Work

Bagdad operations in Arizona offers housing at a subsidized rate, a family-friendly atmosphere and numerous amenities including an aquatic center, golf course and fitness center. Located 100 miles northwest of Phoenix, Bagdad is home to the world\'s first commercial-scale concentrate leach processing facility, as well as one of the longest continuously operating solvent extraction/electrowinning plants in the world. What You Will Do

• Responsible for the business performance of the establishment. Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand.
• Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit.
• Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality standards.
• Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management.
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.

What You Bring To Freeport

• High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of supervisor or lead experience
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English
• Effective communication in English regarding job procedures and safety standards
• Ability to work in a potentially stressful environment
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Ability to meet operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• Compliance with dress code standards
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks during each shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certified or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire

What We Offer You

• The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $48,400-$72,300. Base salary only; does not include bonuses, benefits or retirement contributions.
