Qualifications

• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to consistently work 50 hours a week.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables in cycles.
• Provide drink refills and table service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar and expo area.
• Deliver and explain complimentary pita to dine-in guests.
• Ensure food meets brand standards and is delivered timely.
• Perform closing duties and secure the restaurant after hours.
• Monitor hourly labor percentages to minimize costs and maximize service.
