Qualifications

• Must be able to consistently work 30 hours a week.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation and travel to each store location in the region if needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay fast-paced.
• Access online scheduling software and stay in touch with store managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables in a cyclical pattern.
• Provide drink refills and table service to ensure guest meals are uninterrupted.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar and expo area.
• Explain complimentary pita bread and deliver it to dine-in guests.
• Ensure food meets brand standards for taste, temperature and portions.
• Fulfill complete orders promptly by prioritizing and double-checking.
• Provide exemplary customer service at the ordering counter and identify guest needs.
• Greet guests warmly and bid farewell as they depart.
