Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a high volume restaurant is required.
• Must be able to communicate in English and work with a diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily and monthly training meetings with staff.
• Perform daily facility maintenance checks for cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to and explain department policies and procedures per BSOPs.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and oversee supply orders.
• Assist manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
