Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a seasoned restaurant general manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. The role emphasizes adherence to policies, food quality, and guest satisfaction, with a focus on training and safety.

The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets and reports while maintaining standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ restaurant/food supervisory experience managing a large restaurant team or equivalent.
• Servsafe certification required.
• Alcohol Awareness card required.
• Must be able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation with the General Manager in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Establish and administer training programs including new team member orientation.
• Direct development and administration of controls for all phases of the restaurant to maintain standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and development methods for high quality food preparation and service.
• Schedule to ensure high standards with efficient use of man-hours.
• Instruct team on safety policies and follow up to eliminate hazards.
• Address guest complaints promptly and implement corrections.
• Prepare budgets, variance and management reports as needed.
