Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and training programs.
• Coach teams to grow in operations and professional development.
• Drive guest traffic through marketing and promotions.
• Ensure food and beverage items meet recipes, portions, and cooking expectations.
• Resolve guest dissatisfaction professionally per company standards.
• Control cash and related receipts following company cash handling procedures.
